Which vehicles come with the 10 year/200,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty?
The 10 year/200,000 mile warranty applies to all new and pre-owned vehicles that are 9 model years old or newer with 90,000 miles or less. Pre-owned vehicles must pass our Powertrain Protection certification program or a similar inspection. (Not available on any Commercially used vehicles).
What is covered under the 10 year/200,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty?
Powertrain components including the Engine (all internally lubricated parts, engine block, intake/exhaust manifolds) (Engine Block covered if damaged as a result of the failure of an internally lubricated part), the Transmission/Transfer Case (all internally lubricated parts, torque converter, mounts) (Gear Cases and Housings are only covered as a result of the failure of an internally lubricated part) the Drive Axle (Axle) (axle shafts and bearings, propeller shafts, 4WD actuator) (Gear Cases and Housings are only covered if damaged as a result of the failure of an internally lubricated part) and the Turbocharger/Supercharger (if factory-installed).
How much does a 10 year/200,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty cost?
The 10 year/200,000 mile warranty is provided to you at no additional cost! Our goal is to build "Customers for Life", so the 10 year/200,000 mile warranty protection comes standard with every new and qualifying pre-owned vehicle that we sell. You only need to follow the maintenance requirements explained in the 10 year/200,000 mile Powertrain Limited Warranty Provisions to qualify for benefits.
Is there any extra maintenance required to maintain eligibility?
You must have oil and filter changes, transmission fluid changes, and tire rotations performed at the selling dealership within 1,000 miles of the required service intervals. However, we strongly recommend that you comply with the manufacturer's other service recommendations (based on your driving habits and climate conditions). Our dealers are happy to assist you with additional vehicle maintenance to ensure that your vehicle is kept in maximum operating condition.
Do I have to have all of my service completed at your dealership?
